MI group started the development on 2016 on Group housing at Arjunganj Sultanpur road Lucknow having the most unique concept of green and urban living in synchronised lifestyle.

The project having 9 acres of land and being centrally located was initially known with a different name and was later upgraded to MI Retreat Centre. The project was completed in year 2021 and possession was offered to over 200 families in 2021.
